Prior to the incorporation of Stellar Events, Inc. in 1999, Denise's background included:

  • Director of Operations, Travel Incentives, Inc. - Westlake Village, CA
    Managed the ground operations, hotel management, event planning  and on-site staffing of hundreds of meetings and incentive trips ranging from 50 to 5000 attendees.

             

Marjie Wells, President

Primarily responsible for fiscal management, program development and client satisfaction.   Key skill is designing  programs that exceed the client’s expectations and match their budgetary needs.

Resources include a network of contacts and 17 years of experience specific to the meeting management industry.  Relevant experience in audio-visual production is also an asset.

  • Sales Manager, Travel Incentives, Inc – Westlake Village, CA
    Developed new business and supervised accounts for this meeting management company.

     
  • Owner, Marjie Dale Productions –Los Angeles, CA
    Produced, directed and wrote corporate videos. Specific skills: fulfilling a creative vision, managing a budget, and communicating effectively.
  • Free-lance stage manager and assistant director, - Los Angeles, CA
    As a member of the Directors Guild of America, she worked at major television networks and film studios during pre-production and production of numerous programs as well as feature films.   The pre-production role is not unlike meeting planning: Focus on details is mandatory, and communication is the key to success.
